Ordering

Prices, minimum order, payment, delivery and documents for orders placed through Horeca Global. The confirmed proforma invoice is the binding contract.

Prices

All prices are in EUR, EXW Istanbul. Selected models carry a minimum quantity per model and colour, shown on the product page.

Minimum order

€5,000 per order. Products and colours from different brands can be combined.

Lead time

Selected models ship from Istanbul stock. Made-to-order products are ready in two to four weeks from receipt of the deposit.

Payment

50% with order confirmation, 50% before loading.

Shipping

Orders are packed and loaded at our Istanbul warehouse. Freight is quoted separately or as a delivered price to your city. A fixed export declaration fee of €200 applies per order.

Customs

Goods of Turkish origin travel with an A.TR movement certificate under the EU–Türkiye Customs Union, which normally eliminates customs duty on import into the EU. Import VAT and local formalities remain the importer’s responsibility. For other destinations, the origin documents required by the importing country are issued.

Send models, colours and quantities through the project quote or to sales@horecaglobal.eu. You receive a proforma invoice with prices and lead time within one business day.

We supply hotels, importers and retailers across Europe, including Germany, the United Kingdom, France, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Spain, Greece, Romania, Bulgaria, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Serbia, Montenegro and Russia, as well as Morocco and other markets on request.
